We founded P.S. Affairage with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best tumblers ever. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.

2. Keep in mind that due to the art of creation, no two tumblers will ever be exactly the same.

3. Contact us immediately with any problems and we will work to solve them.

4. Follow all product care instructions carefully. 

5. Color and and glitter appear differently to each person, especially on a screen and most definitely after epoxy is applied. 

6. Keep in mind that creating these tumblers can't be rushed. Epoxy needs to properly cure in order to be safe. Depending on when a tumbler is needed and the number of customers, the turn around rate will be 1-2 weeks (longer during major holidays).
